Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-24-20  Retireborn: Some entertaining adventures in this game!

White avoids the known trap 11.Qg4? Bxe3 12.Qxg7 Qg5! which wins for Black.

Then Black has the chance for an interesting draw with 20...Qxd6 (or 21...Qxd6) 21.exd6 Rxe1+ 22.Rf1 g6! 23.Qh4 (or Qh3) Re2.

White works up a powerful attack with 27.Rh1 and 28.Qh6, which he can crown with the variation 33.Qh8+! Rg8 34.Qh6+ Rg7 (34...Ke8 35.e6) 35.Qd6+ Kg8 36.Qb8+ Qf8 37.Rh8+!

Instead he exchanges everything into a pawn ending which appears to be drawn.

And finally Savon blunders with 40.Kg3 which ought to lose to 40...c4, but the players agree to a draw!

Probably a time trouble finish, although one wonders if 40.g3 was the actual move played.
