I have the first edition of "Dreihundert Schachpartien" published 1895 as well as the improved third edition published 1925, and in both Tarrasch gives 19.. ♖ae8 (the page numbers are 322 and 300, respectively).

Your online source is a remake from the series "Schachklassiker", which I don't like at all. The mistake suggests how that book was done ...
