Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-01-07  Wilson H. L.: Whoa! Lasker got crushed by an amateur (yes, during a simul). After move 23, Lasker gets into serious trouble, his kingside quickly falling apart, and then to follow a nice serie of checks so 39. Bxh7+ is completely desperate. W. Frere has a plus record (+1 -0 =1) in simuls against Lasker, this ain't bad at all!
Dec-11-14  TheFocus: From a simul at the Marshall Chess Club in New York, New York on February 8, 1926.

Lasker scored +24=3-3.

Feb-02-25  FM David H. Levin: I am reminded of Lasker vs Ed. Lasker, 1924, in which Black also played an effective ...Nh5 (on move 15 instead of the stem game's move 21).
Feb-02-25  FM David H. Levin: After 18...Qxc5,

It's certainly better for White than what happened.
