fredthebear: <GC> is still going strong!

If 23...fxNg5 24.Qf5+ should allow White to close in on the Black monarch. Black has more pieces, but the cornered rook is out-of-play and his king is more exposed.

Aug-28-20  NBZ: What a strange game! I like it.
Aug-29-20  Granny O Doul: White had a strong Nxe5 at move 10.

fredthebear: The Outflank Variation can get tricky for both colors. If 5...Qxc5? 6.axb4 Qxb4 7.RxRa8 QxBb2 8.RxNb8 Kd8 to avoid checkmate! 9.Nc3 Qa3 and Black is threatening to trap the White rook.
