Edward Winter has it 1922/23 in his book, and the date of April 15 given here seems surprising for a Winter tournament. Winter quotes Euwe in Tijdschrift giving 30...Qc2+ two exclamation marks; it is rather a pity that 30...Kh8 (Houdini) would have won. White can hold the draw with the confusing variation 30.Bxd5+ Kh8 31.Rb3 Bxd4 32.exd4 Rb8 33.Rb7! b1Q+ 34.Qxb1 Rc2+ 35.Ka3 Rc3+ etc

New Rotterdamsche Courant 09-10-1922 p2 I think this ref gives the list of participants, and and shows the tournament spanning 1922/1923, centered on Winter 1922. I could be mixing up the 1922/1923 and 1923/1924 versions of the tournament - but this is the first hit, and matches the the 1922/1923 Winter gives. FWIW. (Gotta wonder about the "price of groin" google translate too!)

Dec-21-18		Retireborn: <z> Many thanks for that tremendously helpful link! The rest of that paragraph appears to be reporting actual results, so it seems safe to conclude that it was a 16-player tournament that began in October 1922.
