OhioChessFan: A quick playthrough tells me 36. Bd4 wasn't a good idea. Leaving the a Pawn to fend for itself couldn't have been best. Ke2 and Bc1 and I see no way for Black to make progress. I'll now see what Fritz has to say.

OhioChessFan: Fritz is okay with 36. Bd4 at lower plies, but thinks 37. Bg5 is a blunder.

PeterLalic: White inappropriately overpressed for the win, in a position that is easily drawn. 38.Ke3 would be the right direction, with a suitable draw by perpetual: 38...Ka4 39.Ba7. White would threaten Ke3-d4 attacking the c4 pawn. After Black prevents this incursion by 39...Bf6, 40.Bd4 Bd8 41.Ba7 is a repetition.
