Kibitzer's Corner
Nov-17-11  sofouuk: 11... f6!; 13... Be6!; 14 Qa3!; 14...Bxd4 is the last mistake
Nov-17-11  Jamboree: Every single move black made from about move 8 onward deserved at least one question mark each, if not two.
Nov-17-11  knighterrant999: I have played at knight odds before, but never intentionally, and never with Zukertort's success. :O
Nov-17-11  kevin86: It was once said that with best play, the Evans Gambit is almost unbeatable at knight odds-because the rook comes in so quickly.

playground player: Did he have to make it look so easy?
Nov-17-11  panzerkampf: In these 19. century games I see player almost know nothing about defence.
Nov-17-11  newzild: Personally, I think 7...exd4 is the first mistake. Black should keep his hold on the centre and just play 7...Nf6 and 8...0-0.

If 7...Nf6 8. d5 Nce7 9. Qa5+, then 9...c6 saves the bishop.

Nov-17-11  swr: Black chooses an opening which allows White to play aggressively even without his Queen's knight. It would have been better to play a defence like the Caro-Kann, French, or Scandinavian, to better exploit the lack of the knight.
Nov-18-11  David2009: In the Evans after 6.0-0!? (better 6.d4!) 6...Nf6 is better than 6...d6. <knighterrant999: I have played at knight odds before, but never intentionally> Nice one!
