<13..Bh6> is already an answer-me-or-lose, like an accelerated Benoni B. White's Nd2 has (gasp) <no move> -- it can't even throw itself away. That's chess(t) mucus, treatable with early bed rest.

Two "buy" indicators signal <23..Bxg4>:

(1) Black already plans a piece sac vs KID. h3 would be a target, ergo g4 is a flapping red cape.

(2) Black sacked already (Nc5), and if White can't accept for pace, then Black "must" sac again to maintain piece flow.
