  Sargon: There were two copies of this game, with the alternate score having black winning. This looks to me like a likely win for White, who is up the exchange in the final position.

It seems that Black must now play 23...Qxh4 (followed by 24. gxh4 Rxh4 25. Re4 or Re5 ).

If 23...Qh6, 24. Re4 and white will be able to double his Rooks, or at least bring is second Rook into play, which will probably also win eventually.

Just my shallow analysis. Crafty sez:
