  bright1: Very well executed attack by Gavin starting with White's move 19.
Sep-07-16  luzhin: 26.Bd2! with the idea 26...Qxd5 27.Rh4 mate is especially nice.

  al wazir: 25. Qg2, threatening 26. Qh3+, would have won equally handily.

  offramp: User: Treadhead57 suggested this pun and then retired, permanently, in 2012. She probably got another job.
Oct-11-23  goodevans: Black seems to be in trouble as soon as he lets White get in 7.e5. A quick check with the Opening Explorer confirms that 6...d6 is usual and gets much better results.

<luzhin: 26.Bd2! ... is especially nice.>

Well at that point, yes, but a move earlier <al wazir>'s 25.Qg2 looks much more efficient. If Black responds to 26.Bd2 with 27...Qf6 then it looks like White needs to find 27.Qg2 anyway.

<offramp: User: Treadhead57 suggested this pun and then retired, permanently...>

Probably in shame for the pun is indeed rather pathetic.

The pun is based on Mr William Staling Puntier Andujar 's THIRD christian name... I think the word is TENUOUS!!
