Aug-14-15  siggemannen: <Gunned down>
Aug-15-15  Bruce Graham: 'She's not a girl who misses much,' from 'Happiness is a Warm Gun' by The Beatles.

HeMateMe: nice pun, Brucie. you need to submit it to the proper authorities for consideration.

This was certainly a nasty beat down. She was on Lahno like white on rice.

Aug-17-15  Bruce Graham: <HeMateMe>: Thanks. Don't know how to submit puns, so I submit to them. Gun was done in her latest, draw doesn't seem to be in her vocabulary.

HeMateMe: I forgot how to do it, myself. I've had about ten of mine used here. I can't submit anymore puns because I have already sent in the max number they will allow.

Just ask at the Café, and someone will post the link for you.

You might also try: "Happiness is a warm Gunina," or "He's not a Giri [Anish Giri] Who Misses Much."

Two of mine I recall that were used are:

"Of Mieses and Men" [Jaques Mieses] and

"The Salem Vish Trials," a minor GM named Salem getting worked over by Anand.

Happy Punting!

FSR: <HeMateMe> Don't believe the limit. I currently have 293 entries on my Pun Submission List. I think CG.com abolished the limit but didn't tell anyone.

HeMateMe: They sent me a notice saying that I had submitted 300 puns. Quantity over quality, unfortunately.

FSR: Ah, OK. So there is a limit, which I am fast approaching. But it's not 100, which is what it used to be (and the site still claims).

FSR: Incidentally, if you decide that some of your puns are dogs, you can delete them to get under the limit, thereby allowing you to submit more.
