Prince Dadian vs Dus Chotimirsky, 1901 : 58 letters (counting full titles and names).

That's if I counted right, but it's not close. Only thing is, a kibitzer said that game was fake.

Here is a verifiably real game with 52 letters by my count: Ilyin-Zhenevsky vs Dus Chotimirsky, 1925

I'm sure there must be longer ones, but I won't have time to investigate.
