May-31-20  Brenin: The only interest I could find in this game was that, after carelessly dropping the e pawn with 13 Na4?, White could have set a nice trap to try and save the replacement e pawn with 17 Bd6, rather than 17 0-0. Then the tempting 17 ... Bxe5 18 Bxe5 Qe4 (forking the R on h1 and B on e5) is met by 19 Qg5!, with Qf6 to follow. Unfortunately, 17 ... Qe4 first scuppers that plan, though 18 0-0-0 allows White to fight on, e.g. 18 ... Bxe5? 19 Bd3 Qd4 20 c3.
May-31-20  ASchultz: After the game, he did not shake hands in aportsmanlike fashion, but simply intoned "I'm ... too sexy for this board" and walked away.
May-31-20  Brenin: RSF took their name from a comic song about three men trying unsuccessfully to move a piano, which achieved modest success in the UK charts in 1962. It was produced at London's Abbey Road Studios by George Martin. Later that year he rather reluctantly signed up a group from Liverpool.
