Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-13-20  SChesshevsky: What a battle! Unfortunate ending for Amin. Helping Rustam achieve a not bad tournament. Though not sure Rustam's sac here went exactly as planned.
Jun-14-20  siggemannen: The ending was Amin-ute to forget :D
Jun-15-20  Carrots and Pizza: It's incredible that White won this game after his wild sacrifice and having to trade queens. It seemed that he was grasping for straws after that, playing on pure momentum before he inevitably resigns, but no! He ends up with a million pawns and wins the game.

Was that great chess or did Black simply blow it?

Jun-15-20  SChesshevsky: <...Was that great chess or did Black simply blow it?>

Yes and Yes. Think it was great chess and Black did blow it.

Appears both guys were playing for a win in an mainly unbalanced and unclear game.

Think if either side wanted to think about liquidating and get to a draw, it was possible at various stages. But when both are going all or nothing, last brilliancy or blunder often decides.
