Kibitzer's Corner
Mar-13-24  King.Arthur.Brazil: I must confess that, at past, I would lose a time thinking if I was in this position and could pass by. some opportunity: 34...Rh1+ 35. Kxh1 Qf1+ (36. Qg1 Rh7+ 37. Rh3 Rxh3#) 36. Kh2 Rh7+ 37. Qh3 Rxh3+ 38. Rxh3 Nxf4 39. Rg3 Qf2+ 40. Kh1 Qxg3 41. Rb2 Qe1+ 42. Kh2 Qxc3 43. Rxb7 Qh3+ 44. Kg1 Qg2#. Thank you, CG.
Mar-13-24  Mayankk: It's a very open position with both sides focusing on attack instead of King safety. Black can finish it off by 34 ... Rh1+ 35 Kxh1 (else 35 ... Qf1#) 35 ... Qf1+. Now White can either lose via a quick mate or play on with material losses.

36 Qg1 Rh7+ 37 Rh3 Rxh3# is the quick version.

36 Kh2 Rh7+ 37 Qh3 Qxf4+ 38 Kg2 Rxh3 39 Rxh3 Qxf5. Now White is down 3 pawns, needs to defend Nf4+ and his King is very vulnerable. Should be lost.

Mar-13-24  TheaN: <34....Rh1+ 35.Kxh1 (else Qf1#) Qf1+ 36.Kh2 (Qg1 Rh8+ #1) Rh8+ 37.Qh3> was kind of obvious, now there are a few ways to win. <37....Qf2+ 38.Kh1> gives Black a few options, in a blink of misjudgment I thought Rxh3+ -+ was checkmate but it's still clearly won. The text <38....Qxe3! -+> is even stronger because this abuses the pin on the queen, and White's forced to take on h7 with the text moves to follow.
