HeMateMe: Excellent pun. Let's give the boy a Hans!

Hehehhehehehe

Oct-26-23  EvanTheTerrible: Amar was "prepared", but not prepared. Amar blitzed out all of his moves until 17. c4 surprised him. He had more time than he started with before that move, but he proceeded to spend 54 minutes on his reply. Ultimately, he spent an hour and 30 minutes to to play 5 moves out of prep, upon which he had a losing position.

Niemann converted well.

FSR: The comp says Black should have kept his light-squared bishop with 18...g6 or 18...Ba4 19.Rc1 (the comp also offers 19.Nf5!? giving up the exchange) g6. Once the light-squared bishop is gone Black's game sucks.

FSR: Eventually Stockfish 16 decides that 18...Ba4! is far and away Black's strongest move. White has to either move his rook off the d-file, in which case Black doesn't have to worry about losing his d-pawn; play 19.b3, giving Black a target on the queenside; or sac the exchange with 19.Nf5!?
