Eliseo Tumbaga Bernales defeated Indon GM Edhi Handoko at the ASEAN Masters in Tarakan when she was 14 years old. A beautiful game, too. She had white vs. Handoko's Scandinavian Defense. The Elo difference was more than 500 points.
