  GrahamClayton: According to a New York Times articles dated March 31, 1918 and February 2 1920, FJ Le Count Jr was a member of the Brooklyn Chess Club.

  MissScarlett: The <BDE> of July 2nd 1925, p.3A (linked to above), claims <Le Count> was 6'4" in height and weighed 'well over 300 pounds.'

I wonder if this has anything to do with his cause of death, reported in the <BDE> of August 8th 1929, p.25, as being due to 'acute indigestion' which occurred 'shortly after breakfast.'
