  Honza Cervenka: I guess this is Nikolay Valerievich Urusov (1860-1912), another member of the House of Urusov and one of leading players of Novgorod.

Participant of the tournaments of the "World Illustration" (1882), "special" (thematic) tournament of the "Chess Bulletin" (1886), 2nd, 3rd (both - 1893), 4th (1894), 5th (1896) ), 7th, 8th (both - 1898) tournaments of the "Chess Journal", 4th (1901), 16th (1905), 17th (1910) tournaments of the "Chess Review". Prince. Colonel of the 17th Hussars.
