GrahamClayton: Kochemasov will become the 30th ICCF World Correspondence Champion, with a score of 9/16. The two players with unfinished games cannot beat him. Kochemasov is the only player to have won two games:

MissScarlett: <Andrey L. Kochemasov of Russia has won the 30th ICCF World Championship Final which just ended. Only 9 of the 136 games were decisive and the new champion was the only player to win two games. Five players drew every game. Is this a reductio ad absurdum of correspondence chess?>
