  Penguincw: Great performance for Begmuratov at the Asian Individual Championship, as he finished with 6/9 and 12th overall, the highest above a non-GM (he's currently a FM).

Along the way, he had to upset GM Huynh Minh Huy Nguyen and GM Gao Rui (the latter with black) to perform this well.

His TPR was only 2539, so not good enough for a GM norm, but probably IM norm.
