Valerians Indulēns was born on February 24, 1915 in Moscow, Russia and died on August 13, 1943 in Riga. His strongest achievement was shared 3rd with Vladimir Petrov at the 1941 SSR Latvian championship, behind Alexander Koblents and Fricis Apsenieks. 1
