Obituary
Arthur J. Fotch, 68, of 4 Kane st., Dorchester, a teacher at the High School of Commerce for the past 45 years, died suddenly yesterday at his home.

A native of South Boston, he attended Latin School and was graduated from Harvard in 1901. He received his Ph.D. degree from Boston College in 1915. For several years he was coach of general athletics at the high school. He taught English, German and typewriting. He was a member of the Harvard Club. (1)
