  perfidious: This is another example of a strong (2350 USCF) master who, unfortunately, never attained a FIDE rating.

I ask the following kibitzer from another page: was he really strong enough?

<Jan-05-06 SickedChess: 2300+ USCF ELO, no Fide master or ELO.. not strong for me ;) IMHO USCF ELO = overrated>

As noted on that page, <Sicked Chess> must be at least 3500 ELO.
