Sep-16-12  Karpova: J. U. Dr. Hippolyt Walter von Walthoffen, k. k. Oberst d. R., played chess since the age of 15. He was also a problem composer and his first compositions were published in the 'Leipziger Illustrierten Zeitung' 1856-59. Until 1887, he had composed/published about 50 problems.

The twin is BPc3-b3 and minus BPg3. Despite the claim that the two show different solutions, I do not see much difference at all.
