Otto Löwenborg (1888-1969) from Sweden.

Mar-27-10  Eastfrisian: He lost the final match against Gustav Nyholm in the Swedish Championship 1917 (1:4), but has a chessmetric-rating of 2506 (means rank 26 in the world). Really unknown guy.
