Yes, it worked for me, but sometimes it can work for the admin and not others as the plugins used to provide this added functionality can be buggy at times.

On your post it didn't work, but I know why. If you want the link to turn into a video automatically, you just need to paste the link.

My comment on "The Republicans ‘are more united than ever’" from Alan Jones was not meant as a thought on “Stephen Miller on Nation Wide Mail in Voting” since it didn't have anything to do with that, but when I tried to start a new topic on the 'politics' forum, I wasn't able.

1. You can't start a new thread because it's not a forum, it's a website. The <Free Speech Zone> is like the Other Page on this site, which is to say that you can post on it indefinitely. Just like on the Other Page, your posts can be about whatever you like.

On CG, we can't start new threads either. All we can do it comment on existing pages, and that's how offensivetruth.com is set up as well. If you would like to contribute as an author and create your own posts on the website, let me know and I will give you author privileges. You'll have to know how to go about creating a post though and how to add images and such. It's not as simple as posting a <comment> on CG or offensivetruth.com. It's more like creating a mini-page. I could walk you through it if you were so inclined.

2. No member support forum, although that's not a bad idea. I could create a page like that and leave a link to it in the side bar.

3. There was no bug with the plugin as far as I recall. You didn't paste your link in your comment. Instead, you hyperlinked your title. When you do that, it won't turn into a video automatically. In order to get your links to turn into vids automatically, you just need to paste the link in your comment as it is.

Not all sites will allow video to be pulled, but youtube will. I tried to post a video from, I think, FOX the other day and it just came out as a link. It said it couldn't pull that video from FOX.

4. Not user-friendly? Okay, that could be for a number of reasons. One, you're not used to it. Two, the site is bare bones right now, so there's nowhere to really go. Three, tell me exactly what is not user-friendly about it. Perhaps you were expecting something to be somewhere and it wasn't. That can make it seem user-unfriendly, and perhaps what you were expecting to find <should> be there.

5. You post a comment in any of the other forums by clicking a post and commenting on it. The problem is, I haven't put any content there yet, so there's no way for you to comment on anything. However, I plan on creating pages for each of those categories soon, so there will be something to comment on.

At first I was just going to create that one page, the <free speech zone> and leave it there as a place to post, just like the Other Page, but I got ambitious and decided to create new categories so that eventually, our contributions would be somewhat organized.

Just remember, the <Free speech zone> is the new Other Page. No matter what else is happening on the site, you and everyone else can just go there and post like it's the Other Page.

The Shooting Begins.

I haven't watched it.

I'm not terribly interested in all the theater.

Right now, I'm more interested in the civil war that is brewing. The libs are burning down cities, destroying private property, vandalizing and destroying businesses, murdering people, intimidating them, attacking police and committing mob violence. The patriots and the regular folks are starting to shoot now, standing up to this tyrannical mob of modern day Brown Shirts.

We are at a very interesting point right now at this particular time. Once the shooting starts, it can be very hard to stop. Armed patriots are sending the libs a clear message now: riot in my town and you may get shot dead in the street. Threaten me with mob violence and you may find yourself shot dead.

It seems likely that other patriots will be emboldened by what's happened over the last day or so. Armed marxist-anarchists descending like a plague of locusts on any random town and utterly destroying it are starting to realize they aren't playing a game.

Will they double down?

Will the Marxist, commie scum start create strongholds in the cities and start shooting?

Will militias respond with greater fire and organization?

The reason we have lawlessness in the streets right now is because first there was lawlessness at the top. Liberal governors and mayors are lawless themselves and this lawlessness trickled down by design to the police and then the streets.

In Portland and other places, like Kenosha, the libs in charge support this mob violence. Yes, they probably see it as an ugly means to what they think is a justified end. Portland has been held hostage to roving gangs of liberal criminal mobs for 90 days now and nothing has been done to stop it. That is not an accident. That is not a matter of inept leadership. This is by design.

If the libs had already succeeded with their gun grabs, we'd all be sitting ducks for the New Brown Shirts. They would rape, kill and destroy until all the evil in their hearts was fully expressed.
