Jan-17-16		Penguincw: Hmm, the only voting post I see coming before/after the correct date is by <jfq>, who voted <Party Animal> for Best Avatar, which would've made it 4-4, but the Caissars annouced <Party Animal> the winner, even though it would've been a tie. So in the event of a tie, I assume it's shared, but if there's a tiebreaker, what would it be? Which avatar number comes first, shortest username, ABC username, previous winner?

There were several days in which this person COULD have been nominated, but wasn't. Can we nominate some more people now? If we can nominate <Diceman>, why not more? I lodge a formal protest.

Early and late votes will be ignored and/or deleted.> Already we can see two rules violations by whoever is running this... contest. Why don't you announce the rest of the winners in advance? Save us the time from voting?

But in the <event of a tie>, what happens? Is the award shared, is there a tiebreaker(s) or is it awarded randomly? No worries, <cg>. I would've made the same mistake. But remember, the most important thing is learning from one's mistakes.
