Jan-15-16		FSR: There apparently are no categories with just one candidate. However, if there had been any, I don't see why that category should be declared winner-less. In my opinion, <Phony Benoni>'s "Mr. Georgiev, Wear Down This Tal!" is obviously the Best/Worst Pun of the Year. Had it been the only candidate, I would have considered that perfectly understandable, and certainly would not think that no winner should be declared in that category.
