Oct-22-09    WannaBe: Looks like it is better for me to <NOT> upgrade my current Vista to 7. I have a Toshiba Satellite, my CPU is capable of 64-bit OS, which is what I want, because I wish to use all 4Gs of my RAM. But my current Vista Home edition is 32-bit, and I would have to buy a brand new (not the upgrade version software). Back up what ever I currently have (not a heck of a lot...) and then do a 'Custom' install of the 64-bit version. Which could be more pain in the rear-end than it's worth. (Not to mention the money to buy the friggin' new OS!!) Maybe when this ol' laptop poops out, I'll get a 64-bit Windows 7... 'Til then, keep on chuggin' you Vista piece of crap.
