WannaBe: <perfidious> Hehheheh I was in on of those pools, number of years; lots of fun, only 5 bux/week to enter, no one gets 'hurts'. And the house/bar buys you a beer when you participate. (They know you will sit there for just a 'few' more cold ones) Now, those elimination pools on

WannaBe: Another 'Just Curious Question', I am a fan of Michael Connelly books, them Harry Bosch and Lincoln Lawyer series. In the past, there's Scott Turow and I'm sure may others that focuses on law(er). I a curious on how realistic (aside from creative imaginations) you find ...

Jun-10-14  Mating Net: Aw, the Hanson brothers! Best set of triplets to ever play the game. I wanted glasses like the Hansons when I was a kid.

WannaBe: End o' second, Rangers 2, Kings 1. I smell OT, at least 7 of them. Game won't end until the sun comes up and the NYSE opens. =))
Jun-11-14  Mating Net: If the Kings pull this game off, we will have to check Daryl Sutter for being a warlock, not a coach. How many times can you erase a 2 goal deficit?

  WannaBe: Speakin' of Wa'lock:

"Abra Cadabra, eyes of gnewts, toes of Pfrogs. Boil, boil, toilet cloggin' trouble." -- Shaky Speare, MacDonalds, Act I, combo meal.

That's what I be learn'd in my B'tish Lit class in high school.

Jun-11-14  Mating Net: You are a Harry Potter WannaBe!!!

Oh well, better to clinch the Cup on home ice. I'll bet those ticket prices are going through the roof right about now.

WannaBe: <Mating Net> Gonna be wild and crazy Friday at Staples. Dodgers back at home this weekend, too?

LAPD out in full force?

Jun-11-14  Mating Net: It's gonna be a wild party, I'm sure of that. Lord Stanley brings out the party animal in people, wish I could be there.

WannaBe: You probably wouldn't/shouldn't be there, but it's probably not as bad as a Lakers championship.

Those get nasty, Shaq even paid for a squad car once, after it was destroyed in the riot.

What's with sports championship and riot... Grrrrrrrr.

  WannaBe: Cheapest Game 5 (@LA) $668. Cheapest Game 6 (@NY) $1390!!! Twice as much?
Jun-12-14  Jim Bartle: Two reasons: NY has many more fanatical hockey fans, and there's more suspense if there's a sixth game.
Jun-13-14  Mating Net: Half way to the Cup. Rangers have been very ordinary IMHO. No way they can prevail with so few chances. The Kings will hit them on break before this is over.

WannaBe: I smell 4,349,098 OTs, this game won't end until World Series. May even carry over to next NHL season.
Jun-13-14  Mating Net: Probably not that many, but bonus hockey is always cool.
