WannaBe: In case I forgot, congrats to them Lady Bruins. =)) U. Mich (69-63) won, but the last spread I saw was -6.5, so if you took UConn w/ spread, you got very lucky, if you bet on them U. Mich, I feel bad; the O/U was 148.5

WannaBe: <CIO> LOL. I remember those mems... <chancho> North by Norwest, totally agree, the audiences know that the plane scene was filmed earlier and played on a screen behind. It was still drama. Same thing with the Mt. Rushmore chase scene.

WannaBe: ¡Olé! ¡Olé! this is what I see for "¡Olé! ¡Olé!" (game of the day Mar-13-2026) I also know this issue have been around for a while, and it's not that important, in IT term, it is a level 'C', cosmetic fix. But I just wish to report it again. Can CG.com unify this ...

WannaBe: <FSR> March 11 is his birthday, and usually PoD is chosen from the birth date of the player. So unless CG.com decides to change the algorithm on how PoD is decided. We will randomly get "undesired" player(s).

saffuna: Pretty good Onion-type fake article, saying an NHL rookie named Auston Matthews scored on his first three shots ever. I almost could have believed it, but then the writer went too far, and said Matthews plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and I know that can't be true.
Oct-15-16  NakoSonorense: Hi, <Shams>! Yeah, everything's well. How've you been?

I haven't been around cg.com a lot lately... I've been distracted by other things. I still play online chess every now and then, mostly on FICS. Sometimes I also play by the beach at the Santa Monica Chess Park. But I'm not sure how good that is for improving your skills, as there are gorgeous girls walking by. Very easy to lose your focus!

tpstar: <WannaBe> Off and on for a special project. Lots of advanced mental illness lately, but the end justifies the means.

Remember that guy who sabotaged the site awards? Beware him and his surrogates for the next month.

Take care. =)

Oct-24-16  Abdel Irada: ∞

<tpstar> didn't close his forum. The site closed it for him after he used it to post links to pictures of <User not found>'s 12-year-old sister and 14-year-old niece.

As for "mental illness," <tpstar> probably has more experience with that than anyone else on the site.

WannaBe: I think I saw the documentary on this, Otto Pilot had to take over, and then they had to belly land in Chicago with an ex-fighter pilot taking control of the plane.

But the ex-fighter pilot had a drinking problem.
