Derivatives are very risky, unless you REALLY know what you are doing. Even then, they are still somewhat risky. That person could have just put all the money in VOO or QQQ and would have had a wealth-building investment, instead of a casino experience. |

Plus, all of mine are dividend growth stocks, so as long as I keep the shares I get paid every quarter. Cash secured puts are great in principle, but again I would just rather own the stock when I wan to own it. |

I've never gotten the regular flu shot.
The only time I've ever gotten the flu is when I was an active OTB chess player, during winter tournaments. My sister-in-law had Covid in early January 2021. According to my brother, she was coughing right in his face and he didn't get it. |

| Apr-24-21 | | thegoodanarchist: Since I made radical changes to my diet, I don't get sick anymore. I eat foods that are high in vitamins A, B spectrum, D & E. (Not synthetic supplements!) Plus, I spend time outdoors almost daily, soaking in the sun. Life is good. Thanks be to God! |

Then I sat and waited 15 minutes (I answered 'No' to all the allergy/allergic reaction questions), but some were sent to the 30 minutes section for observation. Then I left... Stood in line for about 40 minutes, for a 5 minute shot and then waited 15 more minutes. Good thing I brought "Fierce Patriot: William T. Sherman" biography to read. People probably thought I was nuts, someone brought a BOOK!! Imagine that. |
