WannaBe: I here by, offer my most sincere apology for my previous post, it was completely taken out of context, I did not mean the words that was typed, even though, I typed them meself.

I blame the media, especially the paparazzi (I have yet to see one... But, that is not the point here,) my words, according to my agent, good ol' <technical draw>, were from a misunderstood young 'un.

I will issue another statement shortly, albeit, you have to read it on my own version of Twitter account, the Twister account.

However, in the mean-time; keep playing 1. e4?? and 2. Ke2!! Get that bad boy centralized, early!

Mar-12-10  jon01: Is it possible to remove the end Lautier from this name: Almira Skripchenko-Lautier

I think Almira's husband GM Fressinet isn't very pleased to see that. Especially as it is listed Almira Skripchenko in FIDE too.

Mar-13-10  Open Defence: <cg.com> I got that weird, "Invalid Page ID" error message when I tried to kibitz a couple of times but it seems to be ok now... :/
Mar-13-10  suenteus po 147: <chessgames.com> I know you guys are busy with tournaments, development, and the upcoming Wch match, but I had a question about a couple of game submissions that weren't processed: Was there some move errors or conflicts in the PGN for Van den Bosch-Landau, 1936; Pietzsch-Pachman, 1965; and Donner-Pietzsch, 1965? Everything else I've submitted seems to have been processed but these games haven't, and from what I can see there should be no duplication conflict in the database. Any word you have would be much appreciated, thanks.
Mar-16-10  Blunderdome: I think today's puzzle should be black to play with white's 51st inserted, unless Fritz and I are missing something.
Mar-16-10  RandomVisitor: The diagram displayed for today's puzzle is not correct... After 51.a7 (black to play) the diagram should look like this:

Mar-16-10  SugarDom: I'd like to complain about your admin not removing racist kibitz after we made complaints.

What's with the double standards?

Mar-17-10  SugarDom: Specifically to a certain freeloader kibitzer named <nina myers> who has been repeated making racist attacks and calling us "Failipinos". He/she also made a games collections composed of losses by Wesley So and calling it EPIC Failure... I blow the whistle on this and you did not do anything.

That was OK for me thinking that you were probably too busy to police the site but i was surprised to see that you are too quick on removing trivial posts on MC page. It seems to me that you are protecting MC page but you let them attack Nakamura page and Filipinos.

I can clearly see that there is bias on this and I demand an explanation as premium member whom you promise to treat like a king. I did not come here to be discrimated like this.

Mar-17-10  rogge: Why don't you take it to court, crybaby.
Mar-17-10  SugarDom: This is taking it to court rogge baby :).

I don't get any justice here there is no point in staying, isn't it?

And to the others, this is between chessgames and me. Please stay out of it.

I will not be responding to your posts...

Mar-17-10  rogge: <this is between chessgames and me>

Then send them an e-mail.

Mar-17-10  SugarDom: Of course rogge. You don't want people to know about the special favour your group is getting...
Mar-17-10  Jack Bauer: Nina is really a queer character. More boring than difficult. But the f-word she used is slang for <loser>. In my opinion no racism. And I won't blame her for being wrong.
Mar-17-10  SugarDom: OK....

but if they can delete trivial and harmless kibitzes in MC page why not that one? I felt insulted coz the word pertain to our race...

Obviously double standards by chessgames.com

Mar-18-10  Bradah: Nothing new here. All I can say is bye bye to premium membership soon. If Nina can be a freeloader and is free to insult people, so can I. I hope.
Mar-18-10  dakgootje: Seems like the admins did take action after all - as of now [10:14am GMT] the last comment made by nina myers was on the 26th of February or, in other words, about 60 pages back.
Mar-18-10  SugarDom: Well at least the admins never deletes mr.tpstar's remarks. He's friends with the admins. Maybe a stockholder himself...

All we want is a level playing field tony palmer...

Mar-18-10  zarg: <SugarDom>

Your spamming here, is breaking the posting guidelines by being <off-topic> to this forum.

Also, you, timhortons and Bradah has been <spamming> the MC page countless of times, so all this talk about double standards is very odd to observe.

FCOL, just put Nina Myers on ignore, move on and save the admins from your childish battles.

Mar-18-10  SugarDom: Don't worry Zarg. Since we cannot get a level playing field and we are being discriminated i plan to leave chessgames soon...

You guys Zarg Appaz tpstar. You win.

Mar-18-10  DIO: Hello Chessgames.

I have been looking into the Marshall Attack games through the opening explorer and I bumped onto the "Jan-Willem Te Kolste vs Rudolf Johannes Loman" game (NED-ch 1921). The final result does not make sense. Black has a won position, so 1-0 is very odd. The game is only 18 moves long, so it is very unlikely that black lost on time. Many kibitzers point that out as well. Could you please investigate a little?

Thank you,
Dimitri

Mar-18-10  whiteshark: <DIO> You are right! According to the tournament crosstable, plublished in a Max Euwe bio (by Munninghoff, p.48), it was indeed Loman who won the game J W Te Kolste vs Loman, 1921 .

<ceegee>, please correct the score to 0-1

Stonehenge: <DIO> There is a <submit a correction slip> below the game. But <CG> isn't very fast with those corrections.

A little bit more priority would be nice, <CG>. When uploading games I come across dozens of mistakes in the DB. It isn't very encouraging when having to wait for ages until you actually make those corrections.

Mar-18-10  Open Defence: < Open Defence: <cg.com> I got that weird, "Invalid Page ID" error message when I tried to kibitz a couple of times but it seems to be ok now... :/> this happened again when I tried to kibitz a while back...

SwitchingQuylthulg: I got an Invalid Page message, too, trying to add a game to a collection. (At least I think it was Invalid Page... didn't spend much time looking at the error message, since the problems vanished on refresh.)
Mar-19-10  RonB52734: <ceegee> A few oddments: (1) in my "history" of games that I've viewed, clicking "longer list" doesn't seem to give me a longer list. (2) I submitted a small correction to the annotations in Maroczy vs H Suechting, 1905 and I notice it has not changed. I'm just curious whether this is a matter of time, or policy?
