Apr-25-11  Jim Bartle: I certainly remember the triple ban, as it got rid of a guy who was impersonating keypusher and me with a dozen different user names, and ridiculing us incessantly.

I'd think it would be very tough to get back on in that case.

Apr-25-11  TheFocus: <TD> Don't go. He will get permanently banned soon.

I trust <CG> will do something about it this time, as they have already shown.

They don't want to lose Premium Members.

jessicafischerqueen: <TD> please trust the administrators- they really know how to protect their website with regard to IT expertise, they've done it before and they have the know-how.

Also, please don't give in to people like <lennonfan>- they thrive on calumny and hatred and they are very happy when they succeed in causing damage.

You leaving would be terrible damage to CG.com.

Keep a quick finger on the ignore function and remember how much love and good will there is towards you at CG.com, still the best chess social-network in internet history.

By far.

How do I know? Because *you* are here.

Apr-25-11  technical draw: Tks. <JFQ> Those are very kind words. I'll stick around. Alllrrrrighty, now what happens?

jessicafischerqueen: <TD> now "The Men in Black" work their IT magic and solve the problem- you can count on it.
Apr-25-11  Jim Bartle: "im already in prison you idiots, what you gonna do eh??? I use a different computer everyday!"

Nice prison. Does it have a sauna?

Apr-25-11  TheFocus: Computer threats. LOL!

He is at least 12,000 miles away from me.
My knees are trembling. I am so scared.

Apr-25-11  technical draw: All joking aside <GNflash>'s last post should be cause for concern. This person is completely unstable and in need of professional assistance. Maybe one of his many facebook "friends" might read this and be a true friend and help him out. I really hope he can turn his life around.
Apr-25-11  TheFocus: <TD> I agree. He was odd before, but this is just way overboard!!

Boy needs help.

Peligroso Patzer: Just a note that these pages: US Championship (Group A) (2011); and US Championship (Group B) (2011) have the games through last Thursday's 7th round of the preliminary tournaments, but the games from the Group B playoff and those from the semi-final matches are apparently not yet in the CG.com database.

Hopefully this omission will soon be addressed.

This user has never kibitzed.>

Thank you Chessgames.

Apr-26-11  SugarDom: ☺☺☻☺

This is the best smile i can manage at cg...

Apr-26-11  TheFocus: From all of us, <CG>, thank you. No one wants to have to deal with <Lennonfan> again.
Apr-26-11  technical draw: <<jessicafischerqueen>I know you are IT men and I know you have state of the art Proxy-detecting software.>

My silence on this post should not imply, nor should you infer, that I know what IT men are and what Proxy-detecting software is.

(but I know how to turn my computer on and off).

Apr-26-11  hms123: <TD> I think this post < but I know how to turn my computer on and off > belongs on this page: Odd Lie
Apr-26-11  technical draw: <hms123> You are wrong. I DO know how to turn it on and off. You see there's this long black cord that comes out of the back of the computer. If I want to turn it on, I plug the cord into the outlet. When I want to turn it off, I unplug it. I'm an expert on this since this is my computer #28. I don't know why my computers don't last as long as other's.
Apr-26-11  hms123: <TD> I stand corrected. That's the method I use so it has to be right.
Apr-27-11  dakgootje: An alternative is having your computer on 24/7. The person from the computer-shop generally knows how to put it on, so that should not be a problem.

If it ever should turned off, for instance when you move houses, there are various methods - generally involving a good and thorough trashing by baseball-bat, hammer, shovel or walking stick of your choosing.

Apr-27-11  shivasuri4: <Apr-27-11 shach matov: <shivasuri4>

stop kissing butt! have some self-respect, for pit's sake!

Apr-27-11 shach matov: <shivasuri4>

you're the one who has been kissing <drik>'s butt every time he makes a post! you're the king of the gays!

Apr-27-11 shach matov: I hate to tell you but you're the king of the butt kissers of this site, everybody knows it except you:). as a friendly gesture I tried to tell you about your image here but you start with insults. very ungrateful.

Apr-27-11 shach matov: almost every time <drik> posts here or on Anand's page, we can see immediately after his post your post in which you go out of your way to lick his backside, agreeing with everything he says even if you don't even know what he says!

it's a shameful display of your subconscious femininity for all of us on this site to see! that's why I tell you: stop it, it's ugly and freakish. there're psychologists for people like you, and now a days you can be cured. not all hope is lost yet.

Apr-27-11 shach matov: I just can't accept your dishonesty and lies.>

These are posts by <shach matov> on the Kasparov page.I don't find them particularly pleasant.Do any of you?

Apr-27-11  shivasuri4: 3 of the 5 posts above have since been deleted.
I would like to ask you,<chessgames>,what is such a disturbed person doing here?Isn't the constant downpour of nonsense from a user sufficient reason for him/her to be banned? Now I don't claim to be a virtuous saint, but don't the series of posts by the concerned user constitute enough evidence?
Apr-27-11  shivasuri4: <Apr-27-11 shach matov: <shivasuri4>

you need to stop kissing everybody's butt on this site. I mean have some self-respect for pit's sake!

don't you see: you ask <yalie> a question and he completely ignores you like you don't even exist! LOL! it's just pathetic.>

Yet another example of his classy behaviour.

Apr-27-11  shivasuri4: <Apr-25-11 shach matov: <FSR> and his "defenders" are a bunch of cowards. regardless of what you think of GOldsby at least he's not running away from the challenge like <FSR>. only one word comes to mind: chiiiiken...> One more instance, this time in the infamous Nakamura-Goldsby page, which seems to bring the worst out of a lot of people.

Sorry for the multiple posts,<chessgames>,but I just had to get my point across.

Apr-27-11  shivasuri4: <Apr-27-11 shach matov: hehehe, as much as you try to be liked, they still ignore you:)>

Another provocative statement. Will he ever be stopped?Or is it yet another <lennonfan> in the making?

Peligroso Patzer: As far as I can tell, there is still nothing anywhere on the CG.com site with any information from the U. S. Championship since the last round of the preliminary tournaments on April 21. Still nothing on the Group B playoff, or the games from the semi-finals or finals.

Unless I have just somehow missed where to get this information, it seems an astonishing omission.

Apr-27-11

Peligroso Patzer: Apparently there is a page for the semifinals and finals matches:

US Championship (Knock-Out) (2011)

The scoresheets for the Group B playoff (seemingly still not in the CG database) have been copied into a post on page 5 of this thread: US Championship (Group B) (2011).
