Strictly speaking, the ICCF 50-move rule is not an exception to the FIDE Laws of Chess. The very first sentence of the FIDE Laws states:

"FIDE Laws of Chess cover over-the-board play."

FIDE recognizes ICCF as the authority on correspondence chess and recognizes also their international titles.

Some of the World Team players are very highly rated ICCF players. I think <g.mueller> is our highest ranked member (ICCF 2571, active, GM), though I cannot be sure. <kwid>, Kurt Widmann, is listed as inactive with rating 2560, M.

I think it would be nice to have an indication of either the number of pages of Kibitzing or the number of Kibitzes - say as of a certain date

This kind of information is a guide to interest of the games in question.

For example in Marshall's case, his famous game against Levitsky with the famous Queen sac has 10 pages of Kibitzing.

I think it would add value when people look at collections to get this indicator somehow of the level of Kibitzing gone on.

Even with just two pages of kibitzing - the following funny game would be highlighted a bit more :)

Susan bristles and blows her top when others question or contradict her words. For example, look for her claims about her and Paul Troung's legal battles with USCF and her reaction when some people called her to it. Also look up her reaction when people won't buy Paul Troung's claims about his being a national champ at age five (!!!), unbelievable escape adventure that makes Life of Pi a bland piece of literature, and financial wizardry.

Unable to convince everyone about their claims and 'exemplary' records, she made an escape attempt and lashed out on poor <johnbarleycorn>, who, everyone knows, must die. She left on her own volition.

I think it's clear John Barleycorn was rude to her, but I don't think that solitary incident is the entire reason for her leaving.
