jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

jessicafischerqueen: <Be7> I have less clue than you.
Jun-21-07  Tactic101: Nbd2. I do love this CD (and book) on the Colle I got! They have the Colle line, lines against the Indian defenses and rare openings like this one.
Jun-21-07  Tactic101: I think the FEN is a bit incorrect. Your c8 bishop is on f7.
Jun-21-07  MostlyAverageJoe: Hey, <Jess> while you seem to have terminated your "mortal enemy" (too bad that "y" and "a" are not adjacent on the keyboard, as an interesting typo might ensue) relationship with certain life master, I thought you might nevertheless enjoy a posting that I did not expect to last very long on one of the forums controlled by said life master, and so I preserved it just in case.

<ughaibu: Inspired by Korchnoi's game with Maroczy, I thought it'd be fun to play a simul against Lasker, Spielmann and Tal, so I constructed a ouija board. Unfortunately the message came back that they're all dead. Of course I pointed out that the function of a ouija board is to communicate with the dead, but it informed me that this isn't the case, the dead are dead, but it offered me a game with someone not using their brain, for example during their sleep. I sighed and asked for the menu, surprisingly they offered me Goldsby, who happened to be catching a kip at the time. I'll post the moves a little later, when I'm less pressed by other engagements.>

As expected, the above is now gone ...

Jun-21-07  achieve: <brankat> Just read your email and I am very enthusiastic as well - let me sleep on it now and I will send you a comprehensive reply tomorrow morning ( late evening tonight for you)

Jun-21-07  brankat: <MostlyAverageJoe> Your post brings back to memory good "old" days! There was such fun, totally hillarious, while AJ's site was available. Too bad the admins had shut it down, although it did get way out of hand :-) I only wish <jessie> was around then (a few months too late). She would have had a time of her life.
