jessicafischerqueen: Heh we have to be careful about teasing him since we don't know how he fared in the <Chess tournament> yet!!

Also cuz he recently smashed his computer against his chess set, breaking both.

On the other hand, he DOES have an excellent sense of humor...

  jessicafischerqueen: NO, I disagree:

<LOOSE PIECES OFF DROP> is clearly more poetic.

Plus "LPOD:" SOUNDS better.

The ship's cracking up Cappinn! Everyone into the L-POD!!

jessicafischerqueen: WOW <Deffi> you are the queen of knowing every single Pop music act in history.

I didn't even know about <3 dog night> until I accidentally heard them on a soundtrack of a movie I saw last night.

Are ALL their songs so cheerful and "life affirming"?

And did the lead singer win a <Niel Young> lookalike contest?

  jessicafischerqueen: OUCH

holy crap <deffi> that last one is truly frightening!!

A white guy in "white face"???

Oh no!!

Mar-30-08  Red October: <And did the lead singer win a <Niel Young> lookalike contest?> little known fact, 3 dog ♘ had Three lead singers and all could pass for Neil Young.. or rather Neil Young could pass for either of them... I personally like the band more when Chuck Negron was part of the band, amazing voice, different sort of 3 part harmony than say the Bee Gees, this was no Boy Band.. more like Blood Sweat and Tears
Mar-30-08  Red October: an example of their harmonizing

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBa2...

truly unique.. here though their voices are not at their best... have a DVD where this song is simply awesome and they are playing with an orchestra

jessicafischerqueen: Ok- was <chuck negro> the singer on the <Road to Shamballa> song?

That's my favorite one so far.

I bet <Chuck Negro> never dressed up in "whiteface" like that last video!!

Heh I know <Blood sweat and Tears>

that wayward son song... not the one by <Kansas> but the real one--

"something something something left...

to carrrrrrrrrrrry on!!!!"

And "spinning wheel" too.

Heh I heard of them!
