  jessicafischerqueen: heh...

Ok everywhere is "wired" in Korea.

Here in the country, you can smell the raw sewage in the air, marking spring--

And yet here we are at the beauty parlor for a "facial" and sure enough there's free highspeed internet available.

I have a "Papaya mask" on at the moment and my girlfriend is getting "waxed".

First thing I did after we arrived was notice this computer -- so I signed in and showed the stylist my picture of <Vassily Ivanchuk>.

I pointed at the avatar, then at my own face, and said "same same", which is the one English phrase all Koreans know.

So, if I don't look like <Ivanchuk> after I take off my mask, I'm demanding my money back.

Aneh ee kesayho!

  jessicafischerqueen: Hi <Pike>!

I'm hoping my new <GM Avatar> will improve my chess game.

Feb-23-09  Pyke: <Jess> I see now. Good thinking.

And don't forget to hum some Ukrainian folk songs while thinking over your moves. ;-).

Feb-23-09  achieve: I like your new "av", <Jess>!

I sorta fell in love with Chucky's face while watching a priceless pressconference, in some tournament, forgot which one, but one guy confronted him with the qualification for the Grand Slam, or something.... Fabulous close-up footage of his expressive face, and voice.

Very passionate man, Vassily.

One of the best "photo avatars" in the database IMO.

Feb-23-09  achieve: PS- "The Mask, tendence Papaya" has been rumoured to have magical powers on occasion. Use them wisely...

But

(Actually there is no "but")

Feb-23-09  hms123: <jess> As you are now interested in endgames, check out this post and add it to your bag of tricks: Linares (2009)
Feb-23-09  Pyke: Press Conference: Vasily Ivanchuck after winning M-Tel 2008. Enjoy :-).

  jessicafischerqueen: Hello!!
Feb-23-09  crawfb5: That facial worked wonders!

Jessica <move> like Chucky.

Jessica not <look> like Chucky.

That would be nothing but "Nyet."

You gotta love a GM who wins a major tournament and not only doesn't know it automatically seeds him in another, but doesn't know when it is, or even the format!

Hi <David Crawnenberg>!!

I remember that press conference. The people had to tell him the dates, place etc.

heh.

Look at my new avatar!

It looks like the guy is yelling

AHHHHH1!!!

hahahahaha

AHAHhahahahah

What if someone knocked on your door, and you opened it and this guy just stuck his face in and yelled

AHHHHHHH!!!

ahahHAHAHA

I'd pay big money to see that.
