jessicafischerqueen: <569 Pages- Now Officially the Most Overweight Forum in CG.com History>

I'd just like to say something to my friends-

I first came to this website looking for <Bobby Fischer> games to play through.

I found it through <Wikipedia>.

So all summer I happily played through <Bobby's> games- and eventually the games of many others.

I saw <Kibbutzes> all over the place, but it didn't even occur to me that I was allowed to make them too.

Eventually, during the <Elista World Series of Poker, starring Topalov v. Kramnik>, I decided I wanted to say something too.

So I "registered" and immediately met <Daniel Pi>, who I regret to say I have alienated forever, and for no good reason I can think of. But I also met <Niels> and <Chessmoron>, and soon after <Brankat>.

What wonderful chess company they offered me!

Then I met lots more wonderful people and decided to buy my own house.

<Branko> and <Domdaniel> had been letting me sleep on their floor, which was very nice of them.

Soon, I was playing 300 games of Correspondence Chess in my Profile and almost had a nervous breakdown, and decided never to do that again.

After that, I posted the word "Quack" more than 75,000 times in a row just to "beef up the page count."

This would turn out to be my most valuable contribution, in my judgement, to the <CG.com> community.

Then I started a SPAM WAR with <Branko> and <Chessmoron> that was so vicious that <CG.com> actually eliminated the <Most Popular Forum> category from their Statistics Page.

Actually that was probably the least valuable thing I've done at this website.

After that, I can't really remember much of what happened.

I think I may have typed the word "Quack" a few hundred thousand more times in a row.

I like typing "Quack."

Oh yes now I remember.

I met the most wonderful group of chess penpals in the world. We have been laughing and loving and quarrelling and studying chess together for years.

Friends, old and new. What a great, great website this is.

I've been suspended twice and threatened on numerous occasions by the <long suffering administrators>.

I'd just like to thank <Daniel Freeman> in particular for the unwarranted amount of patience he has shown with me.

Cripe.

Anyways, I play chess whenever I get the chance, and I can't play in a Club because I live in a forest in rural Korea.

But I never feel alone because of all of you.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

<Niels, Wilson, Brankat, Domdaniel, Eyal, Deffi, Twinlark, Bill, Woody, Howard, Tim, mack, Samikid, Bishop of Blunder, MannBee, chessclassics, slomarko, nakosonorense, Joe Wms, Laskereshevsky, The Alchemist, ziggurat, zebra, veigaman, squares, Plato, Elixir of Life, Technical Draw, Square Dance, hitman, talisman, What the Fat, and special thanks to <<<Ragh>>> for putting up with my temper tantrums and being such a true blue pal of infinite patience>

And wonderful new friends <blacksburg, Travis, notyetagm, chancho, crawfb5, madly deeply, Hoot Robin, malthrope the magnificent, capatal, KlankenKlunkenFroggenFarben, Tyler, Pyke, Stony, and if I left anyone out deepest apologies>.

I love this website and I love all of you too. Especially <Eyal and Niels and Dom, who have been the most "intimate" of my friends here>

Quack!!

Apr-14-09  crawfb5: <jess> You <QUACK> us up. Perhaps that means you are our <type>. I suppose <A Funny Thing (or two) Happened on the Way Through Your Forum>. As we have followed you, we have become Fischers of pawns, or is that too fawning a comment?

Not everybody is still asleep.

Particularly if they have to be at work <velly> early.

Who <is> Huntington, and why <does> he have his own Korea?

Apr-14-09  blacksburg: <JFQ> congratulations on your monumental achievement!

quack quack!

Apr-14-09  hoodrobin: <jess> Quack! Congrats!

On second thought I'd like to remember Fischer-Smyslov Ruy Lopez 1965 La Habana Capablanca Memorial. I like this game. Hommaging the very old lyon Steinitz Bobby meet the less old Smyslov who's not without nails yet. But time is passing by, and the young lyon is unstoppable. This is chess, not woodpushing.

"Best Queen in the Realm Award" to you!

Apr-14-09  Eyal: Congratulations on breaking the <Emperor>'s record, oh <Queen of Spamalot>, and that without the help of any major sport event!

Also, let me note that even before the dawning of the <Quack> era, your dedication to this Herculean task was awe-inspiring.

(from pp.85-86):

<jessicafischerqueen: One two

jessicafischerqueen: three four

jessicafischerqueen: arghhhh

jessicafischerqueen: wheeee

jessicafischerqueen: HA! That's right....

HA!

And that's 86 pages!!

Read 'em and weep, gentlemen...

<Random Visitor, Brankat, Chess Classics, Doggimus, and Dom> will soon fall to my verbose axe!!!

HA!>

Apr-14-09  hms123: <jess> Ha! indeed. You did it. Congratulations!
Apr-14-09  madlydeeply: Congratulations Ma'am.
Apr-14-09  madlydeeply: One Chomsky, One Churchill, One CW McCall, and my new hero doug stanhope.

Where can I get a 6' by 6' mural of this 70s 12 year old pipe dream?

http://io9.com/photogallery/alienma...

Apr-14-09  Benzol: "Say Quack one more time! Go on, I dare you, I double dare you". .... Well so much for my Samuel Jackson impression. Anyway congrats Jess.

Cheers

:)

Apr-14-09  Woody Wood Pusher: Ha so you broke the record <JFQ>!

Well done.

You have more pages than most of the World Chess Champions!

(over three times as many as Karpov!)

What's the next milestone, the big 1000 pages?

Imagine that...

If anybody can make it, You can!

haha

Apr-14-09  achieve: You DID IT!!

Ffeeeww - Am I in time for the "After-party?"

(wipes sweat off forehead)

heh

Well, <Jess>, your engaging personality was a breath of fresh air around this place, and actually, without ever having had a conversation with <EA> - a Dutchy too for pete's sake - he was a very engaging guy as well.

Magnetics I belief is involved.

It's really been a pleasure in so many aspects, and I owe you a heartfelt "thanks" for the friendship you offered, which felt very natural, and special at the same time.

err... Make that past tense I use, a present one as well by the way...

I am glad I stuck around after I rolled over the floor laughing upon your hilarious meet with DP and <positional>, back in 2005....

Excellent show - and here's to the next few hundred!

Apr-14-09  hoodrobin: <jessicafischerqueen: Are you from the <Hoot-Smyslovs> of <Lake Como>?>

Well, yes, they are sort of second cousins of mine. They eat <Japaghetti> too.

Apr-14-09  hms123: <niels> I went back and found that discussion with DP, PG, and JFQ. It is very funny indeed.
Apr-14-09  achieve: <howard> Yep - can't imitate that, or re-enact for that matter. That was just magic.

"Vintage" as we have now gotten to know.

This has all been studied and proven by the way ;)

(actually this is more true than many might think..)

Apr-14-09  Pyke: Hi <Jess>

Congratulations on breaking the record!

Here's to the next 569 pages!

Apr-14-09  Woody Wood Pusher: Hey <pyke>!
Apr-14-09  Pyke: Hey <Woody>!
Apr-14-09  Travis Bickle: Lady Jess you started it LMAO! You had the unique idea of greatest love songs which is a good idea, but I misread youre post and thought you meant best love song of the '80's. Plus I was searching the net for Ringo Starr's post Beatle songs. Meanwhile chancho posted a clip about The Kennedy assassination. So now I have random chaos on the forum HELP! LOL
Apr-14-09  Woody Wood Pusher: <Travis> Surely the 'best love song of the 80's' will be the 'greatest love song' by definition anyway?

Domdaniel: Can I tell my story? One night, long ago, I was trawling CG and I came across somebody very fast and very sharp, spewing forth the most amazing series of puns and parodies and bursts of seriously twisted language. As some of you know, I like that stuff. But she was being moronically assailed by a typical bunch of no-brain deadbeats with comments like "Jessica's hitting the bottle" ... so I felt obliged to offer some support. So I posted something like "brilliant, Jess, keep it up" ... and we've been friends ever since. I think.

That's my version and I'm sticking to it. Though I can't really explain what I was doing on the Kramnik page to begin with ...

Happy record-breaking day, Jess. And, er, keep it up.

Apr-14-09  Travis Bickle: Jessica Queen Of Bobby, I just changed my forum to favorite love song ever of any decade. You can even list your top 3, so you may want to reconsider your choices from this morning. ; P
Apr-14-09  Travis Bickle: M'Lady Jessica come see my 3 selections. ; P
Apr-14-09  Woody Wood Pusher: I think C.G. should give your forum record a mention in the monthly email!

Give it the recognition it deserves, lets start a petition!
