jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

  jessicafischerqueen: Hi <Deffi>!!

How is your gruelling secret mission going?

I've missed you.

Are you a fan of Chairman as well?

Did you know that he and other Filipino GMs regularly post in the Barangay?

Today <GM Joey> is there, for example.

May the Barangay continue to flourish!

OK I'll check out the <Johnny Comedy> skit.

<Ex President Roh>, like every single other elected official in Korea, was a crook.

There are dozens of top Government Officials and top CEOs of Chaebols like <Samsung> and <Hyundai> who face charges on a daily basis here.

Typically, they get a "slap on the wrist" if anything.

I'm not sure why it's so widely tolerated by the public here.

Some serious people - including one of my Korean friends at work- preferred life under the Military Dictatorship because those guys didn't "mess around."

Although I suppose most prefer the present <most corrupt democracy in world history>.

Ask you Korean friend what she thinks.

What's all this about Ducks?

Are you herding them now instead of ripping carpets for chainsmoking Koreans?

By the way you're welcome to use my house as "home base" till you get your own back.

May-24-09  Red October: missed you guys too. in about 8 hours I will be back home!
May-24-09  Boomie: <Jessie>

A big honking response to your game question is now incubating at The Cirque. I think it's a goose egg. Hee hee ha ha ha.

May-24-09  Boomie: <Red October: missed you guys too. in about 8 hours I will be back home!>

Great news! I'm really happy for you...and us.

May-24-09  blacksburg: <Am I allowed to vote four more times for pancakes with my other IDs?>

absolutely not.

but if you wanna vote for waffles four more times, that's cool.

May-24-09  Boomie: Waffles are just pancakes in drag. Maybe that's why I like them so much.
May-24-09  Red October: you've ruined my waffles fantasy <Boomie> ;-p
May-25-09  pulsar: Hi <JFQ>, just dropping by to say "Thank you" for your kind words to Chairman. Best regards.

May-28-09  achieve: <Jess> The BIG honking reply-emu has flown your way, and I didn't even get to the crunch, point 5, but will do in the follow up.

Take care, eh?!!

(I sent it at 7:52 here, so in your afternoon. Part 2 will follow later today or tomorrow.)

May-28-09  vonKrolock: Hello again...

Last additon to Game Collection: ROOT OF SPAWN or Bobby vs The Youth was C Forbes vs Fischer, 1992

Still a point: Should the games with a computer http://www.chessgames.com/perl/ches... be included ?! My current understanding is simply - no...

Some omissions in the collection can still be possibly spoted, even with the games here from the cg.com base ...

Really spectacular news would be the publication of unpublished material... Maybe a few could appear now finally!

May-28-09  Eyal: <vonKrolock> An interesting question... apparently Greenblatt was developed in 1966-67 (https://chessprogramming.wikispaces...), so by 1977 one might say it was already quite old in "computer years":-)
May-28-09  vonKrolock: <Eyal> Richard Greenblatt may be younger than RJF - that would be a point... (Anyway - some people played Fischer later in the 80s , 90s or even the 00's, if there was an agreement not to show the games - was this a mutual lifetime agreement, or was it a partial lifetime agreement, or was for eternity - now could we finally now!

Rimbaud and the One Black Pirate Eye

--by Andrew Sweeny

<Now I listen to the wind
Beat on tin and rain,
Waiting for the solace
Of the Hangman's chain

Although I crashed your car,
And I stole your pearls and gold,
There was nothing I could do
But go

But <<<go>>>

And I can't stand to see you cry
With your one black pirate's eye
And the feathers
In your hair>

May-29-09  achieve: Good to see you resurfaced!!

I still owe you part 2, the top stick as it were, but am doing a little studying and reading from my newly acquired top books, in preparation for that emu.

I know this post is off topic, considering it's poetry time in Da house of Jess....

May-29-09  SugarDom: SugarDom: Hi Jessicafischerqueen...

I'm gonna check your name in the Barangay register...

It should be there, if not i'll put it there...Is that OK with you?

May-29-09  SugarDom: Thank you Jessica for the poem for me...
