jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

Jun-16-09  SugarDom: F the what?!

That was psycho Travis....
Jessica, milady, get out the way of that punk taxi driver or you may get shot...

Sigh...

You leave me no choice Travis, i have to show you some more pics of Jess and I to convince you...

Jun-17-09  achieve: <Jess> Hello, I'm from Trontoe, heh, never mind me - I got to this position after what I suggested for Timman to play in game 5 (FIDE 1993), with <Nd4>, from the FEN position at my place... But it is an insanely difficult variation, with one line leading to this position:

Black (Karpov) to move surely must be scrambling here, though winning this against your engine at full blast, will reveal a secret or two... Amazing...

In Hindsight I can't blame Timman for going for the simplification, but this was where it was at, again Timman had trouble going for the Jug against a Karpov.

Ideally - and in concordance with a thorough "game analysis" - I wanted to address the opening treatment as well, but towards the weekend I can manage, and put things in good order.

QUESTION:

WHY is <deffi>'s short post just about the only chess related one on this last page???

hmmm

Subtle hint.

A "chess" forum is not a dumpfile.

Jun-17-09  just a kid: Hey jess!

I've developed a theory of how OD plays chess.

She plays the Opening like a textbook.

The middlegame like a magician.

And the endgame like a machine!

Jun-17-09  Open Defence: thanks <Just a Kid> ... I also blunder like a patzer :)
Jun-17-09  just a kid: <OD>You think you blunder like a patzer?!?!?!?!?! You should see me!? =)
Jun-17-09  Travis Bickle: My Queen Sweet Lady Jessica here is a song for you my dear. Love, Travis

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3q9D...

Jun-17-09  SugarDom: And here's the song for our beautiful dancing queen, Jessica...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McGT...

Jun-17-09  SugarDom: In our country, the ladies have a term for guys who court them.

ADMIRER, if they like the guy...

STALKER, if they hate the guy...

I think Travis belongs to the latter category...

heh heh

Jun-17-09  Travis Bickle: Lady Jess I see Sugardumb copied my inspiration of sending you a romantic song because martians have no creativity... He's a martian bug hiding in a Johnny Depp suit... Be careful Jess... He's a tricky alien... Your true friend, Travis
Jun-17-09  Travis Bickle: Ah Jess what sweet memories... I remember our first date, when I used to call you Betsy as an inside joke...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJLT...

Jun-17-09  SugarDom: Oh yeah,....

I'm scared of Travis....

Jun-17-09  SugarDom: I deleted the ending scene of the Travis Driver memories...

Too freaky even for me...

Jun-18-09  Travis Bickle: <SugarDumb> That ending scene is going to be yours too...
Jun-18-09  BishopofBlunder: Geez, these two guys are enough to make a gal turn lesbian.
Jun-18-09  SugarDom: Travis, are you daring me to post again that creepy Taxi Driver ending scene?

Its too gory and freaky and will scare even milady <Jessica>...

You give me the creeps, Travis...

Jun-18-09  SugarDom: <BishopofBlunder: Geez, these two guys are enough to make a gal turn lesbian.>

From his forum:

<I would like to also add a special "howdy" to my favorite kibitzer, and adopted love child, jessicafischerqueen chessforum , whom I care for so much that I can even forgive her for being Canadian.>

adopted love child?????

FTW!? Another stalker?....

Jun-18-09  Trigonometrist: Now that the <Bishopofblunder> has entered the arena, it's my duty to remind kibitzers of the <JFQ> forum that a vicious <TRIANGLE> formed by <SugarDom>,<Travis Bickle> and <Bishopofblunder> is now established...

Forgive me <Jess>...After all as a Trigonometrist <TRIANGLES> are my weakness...:)

Jun-18-09  Boomie: <Trigonometrist: TRIANGLE>

Reminiscent of the pas de tois in Caberet. The right triangle or the wrong triangle?

Jun-18-09  Open Defence: A cute Triangle
Jun-18-09  NakoSonorense: A triangle of hell.
Jun-19-09  Boomie: <achieve>

About 4 years ago, some kibbitzers stumbled on a variation which overturned 85 years of analysis. Since then I've challenged anyone to refute this line. Alas, nobody has responded.

Capablanca vs Tartakower, 1924

This is one of the most famous endgames in history and they all have it wrong (perhaps). Just follow the bread crumbs from my most recent post. If you have any comments, please leave them at the game page.

Thanks :->

jessicafischerqueen: Ok you guys that's enough fighting in here.

If you really want to slug it out, I suggest the <Mrs. Alekhine> forum- the wild west page where anything goes, apparently.

Remember that I love all of you guys the same-

Good chess pals all.

Anyways, I'm already married to <Steve Buscemi>.

Jun-19-09  Jim Bartle: Do you help Steve feed bodies into the wood chipper?

jessicafischerqueen: <Jim> you know <Fargo> is such a great movie it's difficult to express it even.

And <Steve Buscemi> may be one of the most underrated actors in film history.

I like the film he produced wrote and directed as well- <Trees Lounge>-

Every person in the film industry respects him.

And yes, I do.

Jun-19-09  Jim Bartle: Yah. Good movie. Yah.
