Jun-29-09  achieve: <Jess> heh!

I'll be honest, Federer should win this without much contest, though his facial expression radiates he just smelled a fart.

Brilliant job at finding the two photos; I'd pay a large sum to look like either one of those.

Mr. Fart At The Right Time

(everything is about timing)

Jun-29-09  Travis Bickle: <jessicafischerqueen: <Niels>

Well spotted- to say the least.

OK CONTEST-

Who looks hotter with his shirt off?

<Roger Federer> or <Christian Bale>?>

I do! LOL

Jun-29-09  Travis Bickle: <jessicafischerqueen> Hey Jess I was thinking of having a contest for which lady looks the best with her shirt off but I dont know if Chessgames will allow it hahahah!

  jessicafischerqueen: Well Ok then

That's

Federer: 1
Bale: 0

so far.

Sorry <Travis> but you can't enter the contest unless you supply a <real> photo of yourself with your shirt off.

You can host a babe smackdown but they won't let you link naked ones. If they click on the links that is.

Jun-30-09  Travis Bickle: <jessicafischerqueen> Hey Jess I didnt know you were a weathergirl?
Jun-30-09  Travis Bickle: Oh that reminds me Jess, you are Canadian. So What's with Canadiens using the word hey pronounced "ay"? Example: "Poot tha puck in the net ey". Curious in Chicago ; P

Actually I don't know anything aboot the origin.

I *can* tell you that <South Park> is correct- there is only <one> of everything in Canada.

One bank, one post office, one movie theatre, etc.

What about the Mantle twins, Elliot and Beverly? You'll be telling me next that Jeremy Irons is British and David Cronenberg is a Mugwump...

Jun-30-09  Travis Bickle: <jessicafischerqueen> Sorry for the oversight Jess. On my forum I called you a weathergirl, but of course we all know you are an meteorologist, as well as an English Literature Professor! ; P
Jun-30-09  Travis Bickle: Hey Jess is it too late to enter the hot body with no shirt on contest? Christian Bale and Roger Federer have got nothing on me! Here's about a minute clip of me last week and you can see Im pretty buff baby! ; P

Jul-01-09  rogge: Hi!

I'd have to support Federer on this one.

Bale needs to eat.

  jessicafischerqueen: arghhh

Federer: 2
Bale: 0

so far.

Travis' choice is still not registered, although one has to respect his enterprising approach of casting <2> null votes already.

<DeNiro> in excellent shape in <Cape Fear>- but too hairy for the taste of most of us girls. Not all, of course. Some prefer the "sasquatch" appeal of a hirsute male torso.

so far.

However, no women have voted yet. You guys may subconsciously be "covering up" your <real preference> for <Bale>.

Please remember that it's perfectly OK to be gay these days.

Jul-01-09  achieve: I couldn't help but post this wonderful story, with equally wonderful photo of WGM Motoc...

From the current <Intomart GfK (Hilversum) Open 2009> tourney:

<After three rounds only GM Wouter Spoelman still has a 100% score, and this might be a small surprise to some of those who have been following the tournament, since Spoelman was on 1.5 points after two rounds! As it turned out, perhaps blinded by the beauty of his opponent

???

!!!!

...he had mistakenly written down '1/2' on his notation form of his game in round 2, while in fact he had beaten WGM Alina Motoc.

The arbiters had entered a draw as the result, and the pairings of the third round were based on this result and standings. Later it was discovered that Spoelman had won and so he ewonf 1.5 points by beating IM Pruijssers yesterday.

Can a result on a notation form thatfs written down by the player himself, with a signature, be corrected afterwards? Yes, according to the arbiters: "It's more in the spirit of the tournament. And besides, Motoc had written down 0-1 and didnft protest when she lost her half point."> --- Chessvibes

Unsurprisingly Dutch GM Erwin l'Ami had previously decided to ask <Alina> to marry him, and she did. They are married now.

PS - Jess, I watched a few of Kingscrusher's latest vids; MUCH better indeed!

Off to the real euwe center in a few minutes now, FINALLY!!

Whoa!

That's some hot chess tamale.

Hopefully <Brankat> will take a look- he may like this photo.

Happy hunting in search of <The Great Jan Timman>!!

Jul-01-09  Travis Bickle: Jessica how come you disqualified me for the bare shirt contest? How do you know this is not me? Maybe I am Bob DeNiro in real life. P.S. I can shave if you dont like my hirsute chest. ; P
