Jul-22-10  Travis Bickle: Jess I think I have that video of Paul directed by Richard Lester. It was from 1989, the year I seen McCartney twice!! ; P I have it on VHS. I think that set was from Brazil where Paul set a record for largest outdoor concert!
Jul-22-10  Bdellovibrio: <jess> Once long ago I had stumbled across a discussion you were having in which you mentioned that you had written your thesis on Faulkner. I was reading <As I Lay Dying> at the time, so it caught my attention.

  jessicafischerqueen: Racists!

Traffic is apparently so busy at chessgames.com, youtube and google right this minute that if you have a Korean IP address good luck getting "served."

Luckily, I've just signed in with my trusty U.S. proxy IP address so they think I'm from America, and I got to go right to the front of the line!

Thank GHOD for America, and especially their fine IP addresses.

Jul-24-10  Open Defence: Hi Jess,

just feel that I need to spend more time with my family and also improving the quality of the home, chess the way I play it takes a lot of my time and I dont like to play any other way,

perhaps once my daughter is older I can devote more time to chess and resume playing, I will still analyze a lot of games and keep working on my prepared lines, but I wont be playing any chess games for a while...

Many thanks- and as always never worry if I might have something or not= usually I don't.

Especially pictures.

That really is an interesting article that will help me make a better documentary.

jessicafischerqueen: Interesting also that Sarah Beth is cited for her excellent work on <Ajeeb>- I'm sure you already read her great posts on the <Eden Musee>.

I'm thinking seriously of buying a premium membership at chess.com because of her and many, many other people including IMs and GMs who regularly post great historical material at that website.

Jul-24-10  Open Defence: also I'm thinking of buying this....

perhaps do some shooting on the range...

strictly target practice, unless a few politicians come turkey shooting with me..
