jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

Jul-24-10  Open Defence: can Canadian civilians own guns ?

jessicafischerqueen: Yes they certainly can. My brother owns several rifles and enjoys shooting large animals in the face, eating them, and then stuffing the heads or making rugs out of them.

Really he does. And he does not restrict himself to the deer family. Thanks to him I got to try Cougar, Bear, and even the notorious, and deadly, Wild Pigeon.

In his spare time he reads Archie comics and shoots starlings off the telephone poles.

He is a true Canadian.

Jul-24-10  Open Defence: that settles it, I'm moving to Canada!

<Jess> - <PillsBury; an incendiary anti-pharmaceutical statement> reminds me of the joke:

When I feel sick...

I go to the doctor, because the doctor has to make a living.

I take the prescription and go to the pharmacy, because the pharmacist has to live too.

Then I go home and throw the pills out, because I want to live too!

Jul-24-10  Open Defence: well its quite common to see Indians line up against any wall they find convenient and relieve themselves...
