jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

Mar-29-11  hms123: <jess> The course was <Literature of the Ancient Near-East> and we had to read the <Old Testament> along with some other stuff I have long since forgotten. I may have <mythed> something here and there.

I'll head in to my EMU to see reasons why I apparently picked a bad decade to quit drinking.

Mar-30-11  benjinathan: Hello!
No, we are going through yet another depresingly useless election campaign which will almost certainly result in the same seat distribution as we have had for many years.

Canada = Italy except without the "escorts" and strippers running for office.

jessicafischerqueen: I do not understand why we don't get strippers and porn stars to run for office in Canada.

Also, in the Italian style, shouldn't we legalize "public bum pinching"?

I think it's time we evolved to a more sophisticated European sociopolitical model.

Re translation: I sometimes forget how diligent you are. I am used to seeing people copy/paste google translations without cleaning the text like you did. It didn't look like a google translation, so I was surprised to see you write like that. I mean, if it had been Korean, cool. But I don't think there are many Spanish speaking people in your neck of the woods.

By the way, how the heck have you been?

Mar-30-11  technical draw: Call me clueless TD but I don't know what all this arriba! is about. Can anyone confess?
Mar-30-11  fab4: <Also, in the Italian style, shouldn't we legalize "public bum pinching"?>

I think this is legal in Japan. On the Tokyo subway.
