Feb-20-16  Party Animal: <thegoodanarchist> If you go to the game page of Tal vs K Klaman, 1957 then click on 'Travis Bickle's favorite games' instead of 'by Travis Bickle' you may see his game collection.
Feb-21-16  Alien Math: Nuoc 2030: Inside Vietnam's Visually Stunning, Character-Driven Sci-Fi Flick

“I think sci-fi may open the production of Vietnamese cinema, allowing films to look more acceptable and have a commercial appeal while simultaneously tapping into topics that now are not dealt with in contemporary Vietnamese cinema,” he says.

If Nuoc 2030 is any indicator, Vietnamese sci-fi will certainly be able to hold its own on the international stage.

Gah! Now 'Travis Bickle's favorite games' is not in the list of game collections at all!

The only mention is "35 more game collections not shown"

TB is being purged from the matrix...

I'm dancing on the spot in the middle of the road...

ANYTHING to prevent lestah city winning the league !

I'm being really serious here .. it's getting to crisis nightmare scenarios in these parts of the east midlands (the best parts)

I'm needing Spurs to come good in the latter part of the season!

<Hozza> I'm so behind on EPL news that there's no point in worrying about spoilers now. I haven't even looked at the league standings for two months, let alone a full match or even "Match of the Day" highlights.

All that said, I'm not surprised by your update. The last post I made about football was my prediction that Jamie Vardy could well win EPL footballer of the year. He's got loads of guts that lad. The funniest part about Leicester to me is that they fired that lunatic manager from last year, who built the team. lol

Did you see the match where he challenged an opposing player to a fight on the sidelines?

Gary Linaker seemed to be personally offended by this, which I found even funnier.

<Teem> Noice. I wish I had a bomb shelter too. I'm not worried about North Korea, but they sound cozy to me.

<HMS Defiance> Yes it's February 29 which reduces my yearly income by one day. That only amounts to a few bowls of rice, but it all adds up.

QUESTION: Why don't they have a "subtract year" to balance the budget?

Two great choices by The King, thanks! Especially the "Hey Jude."

<Teem> Amboy Dukes! I never heard that before. It seems that was their only hit? Unless screwed tube "recommendations" are lying to me...

Was it a big hit?

Here is my favorite "one hit" song:

HAAAAAAAAAANG ON SNOOPY, SNOPY HANG ON

(brah)

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANG ON SNOPPY

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ydj...

This is the notorious "swinging golden winnebagos" version, so you better hold on to the arms of your chairs whilst watching.

Feb-26-16  Boomie: <jessicafischerqueen: Amboy Dukes!>

That was a big one hit wonder. Did you notice the impossibly young Ted Nugent on lead guitar?

Thanks for the Snoopy bazoombas vid. Naturally, any bazza action is greatly appreciated.

Good heavens no I did not spot <Mr. Nugget>!

I wonder if he was into hunting with AK 47s back then as well, or if that was an acquired taste?

Feb-26-16  Boomie: <Sugar Baboo>

Ted Nougat didn't even know that "Journey to the Center of the Mind" was a drug song. He had nothing to do with drugs. That's just about the only thing he had in common with Frank Zappa. That and axe virtuositude.
