<Teem>

It is a catchy song and it is a great song, to be sure. Aren't all 60s songs?

<EVIDENCE>:

Whilst jogging today, I passed a 90 year old Korean man blasting "Unchained Melody" out of his I-phone.

Them things have good speakers eh?

I have a "stupid phone" because guess what the cost is? I have no internet access on it, so incoming calls are free! I pay a maximum of 15 dollars a month for outgoing calls.

I never call anyone so I've yet to hit the maximum.

You're not jealous are you? What kind of phones live in <Puyallup>?

"numpties" lol

Not really. There was a lot of truly dreadful bubble gum drek. But just about everything that works in pop music appears somewhere in 60's music. Later decades merely refined those techniques.

Good idea. Have you ever been to Penticton? I was so excited the first time I went because we stayed in the <Ogopogo Motel>. But I didn't see Ogopogo.

Also we stayed in the <Sasquatch Inn> in Harrison, and I didn't see any sasquatches.

Tabanus: Jess, I completely missed the WB discussion last autumn, but have read it now (yesterday) after my questions in the CG forum.

Let's digest it for a while. Then I hope you'll be back.

Mar-01-16  Boomie: <jessicafischerqueen: Have you ever been to Penticton?>

Close to it across the great divide better known as the border. I saw "I Go Pogo" once. That's Peter Zhdanov's motto, I believe.

That's because Sasquatches only come out at night & The Big Sass's walk late! ; P

Mar-01-16  Party Animal: Of course I've seen flying saucers, The Lochness Monster & once after a couple of quarts of tequila & a little hash I seen King Kong fight Godzilla on my back porch ; P

harrylime: Ofcourse we've had GM's since St Petersburg in 1914 but I reckon this site should now promote GN's ....

We have world champion status GN's on this site .. just go visit the "cafe" or a few of the "forums" ... ( this forum excepted!)

We have GN's who blitz in with the odd idiotic crazy post or we have classic GN's who are just wrong ! on so many fronts ! lol lol

I know it says he starved to death in Vienna during the great war in his bio but this info just does'nt seem right ..

From challenging Lasker to starving to death in a few short years ? Things are missing big time I think ... and I'd love to find out..
