<Hozza> on SCOUSER WATCH

December 4- <Bournmouth v Liverpool 4-3>!!

I don't ever recall seeing a comeback this improbable or this exciting. My choice so far for match of the season.

<Lotsapoppa> Thanks brah I hadn't listened to PRINCE in years. No doubting his talent eh?

I don't know how you convinced <Mannbee> to provide you with a key blue link. A coup!

<Top Shelf> The GRINCH WHO ATE ATLANTIS man you brought back such great memories. That was, and still is, my favorite TV special of all time.

Do you remember this one brah it scared the crap out of me:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5o...

Dec-17-16  harrylime: Yo <Jess>

I'll come back to ya on SCOUSER watch !

lol

Here' a time machine back into my childhood !

Bear with here lol

First ..

This game is funny coz of the fight which breaks ooot and goes on and on !

Top two teams in England at the time .. with the scousers too

01/11/1975 Derby County v Leeds United

https://youtu.be/8_oOEa6Iefc

and here is a DCFC game where

LEE WON PEN was prominent ! lol

DCFC v Real

Can you spot the dive ?

1975-76 - Derby County 4 Real Madrid 1 - European Cup - Highlights

https://youtu.be/Huo9Y2xE7uE

In the game v Real the original linesman was bundled into the crows and an Albert Einstein look a like replaced him to give a ridiculous offside for us .. lol

Dec-17-16  harrylime: <jessicafischerqueen: <Hozza> at the movies=

Thanks so much! So far I watched <Spotlight> and you're right- not only is it outstanding, it's strongly reminiscent of <All the President's Men>. 8.5/10 for me.

<Hell or High Water> is just about as good, especially for an Oscar strength performance by "The Dude" who is older now but if anything an even better actor. <Jeff Bridges> is great and the story manages to get the comedy/tragedy mix just right, which is rare. 8/10 for me.

<Hozza> you appear to have excellent taste in movies, and by "excellent" I mean exactly the same as my own, it seems. lolol>

Yo <Jess>

Spotlight is a movie which breathes hope ..

Hell or High water is maybe the opposite lol

Tho agree Jeff Bridges is cool !

MOVIE WATCH HERE !

You really gotta check ooot

Wild Tales ..

Trust me on this one !

Dec-17-16  Travis Bickle: Jessaroonie, I do remember that great animated cartoon! They don't make those like they used to either...

P.S. Jess, your too young to remember this 1 but here it is anyway.. Me & my sister watched this every year! ; P

<Trombon> lol I went in the KIBBUTZER KAFE for the first time in ages today and I was a bit afraid I might see a bunch of retards fighting.

Instead, the only people I saw in there were people I love! <you>, <Hozza>, <Dom>, <zanzibar> and such.

Then I remembered- I have over 98% of the cg.com members on AVOID.

<Hozza> I'm on it- I have <Wild Tales> cued up right now.

I'll get back to you tomorrow after I investigate your new football links! I love football history and I love your links brah.

I spent all Sunday today trying to fix my computer which just about exploded after I tried to download "KM Player".

It's still not fixed either. It downloaded a bunch of secret bloat ware and it may have destroyed my Windows Update- I'll have to wait on next PATCH ADAMS TUESDAY to confirm that.

I'm wondering if <Hanh> could fix it if I gave her remote access to my computer? I would pay her even if she could fix it.

The adult R Rated version shows a rotten scoundrel playing Santa Claus who mistreats & beats up his Elves. In the end they go to work on that Ol' Drunken sot Santa, and use the switchblades to finish him off... ; P

Heh... reminds me I haven't selected my Christmas horror movie list yet.

This "Krampus: The Reckoning (2015)" looks intriguing: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4820312...

I can confirm that Menstrual Krampus are pretty horrifying.

<Hanh> EMMET OTER I never heard of him, but I'm watching right now. The animation looks really creepy, so I have high hopes for this one, thank you.

Merry Christmas!

Seriously the animation is ingenious- it looks like it might be a real river and shore but it's actually a diorama- a really well made and photographed diorama.

There are some people out there who can scientifically argue that The Stone Roses INVENTED the 90's ..

Dec-19-16  harrylime: <Jezzerhino>

They say the past is a different planet ..

and certainly football in the past now seems like it's on another planet lol

Star players were hacked down brutally with no ref protection ..

Refs looked like they'd just walked out of a Buster Keaton slap stick comedy.

Pitches at best showed some grass. More often tho it was sand and mud.

Corruption was rampant.. most important games were "bought" .. actually ALL important games were "bought"..

Hairstyles were rampant .. anyone without sideburns, a perm , or a beard was deemed unworthy . Mullets and perms and sideburns got you into the national side. lol

Offside did'nt really exist. It did .. but the linesmen let most things go coz they were too old to keep up with the flow of the game .

Football kits were from heaven.

Brutal defenders who took out any flair players usually made captain and were given loving nicknames ..

It was a free for all on the terraces..

<Jess>

Check ooot those football vids above ..

Franny Lee is the Derby player who dives/wins the pens ... Norman Hunter , one of his victims , didn't see kindly to this .. lol lol..
