WannaBe: In case I forgot, congrats to them Lady Bruins. =)) U. Mich (69-63) won, but the last spread I saw was -6.5, so if you took UConn w/ spread, you got very lucky, if you bet on them U. Mich, I feel bad; the O/U was 148.5

WannaBe: <CIO> LOL. I remember those mems... <chancho> North by Norwest, totally agree, the audiences know that the plane scene was filmed earlier and played on a screen behind. It was still drama. Same thing with the Mt. Rushmore chase scene.

WannaBe: ¡Olé! ¡Olé! this is what I see for "¡Olé! ¡Olé!" (game of the day Mar-13-2026) I also know this issue have been around for a while, and it's not that important, in IT term, it is a level 'C', cosmetic fix. But I just wish to report it again. Can CG.com unify this ...

WannaBe: <FSR> March 11 is his birthday, and usually PoD is chosen from the birth date of the player. So unless CG.com decides to change the algorithm on how PoD is decided. We will randomly get "undesired" player(s).

  WannaBe: I'm gonna sue!

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-b...

Mar-01-13  Jim Bartle: Hit by a baseball, can't sue.

Hit by a bat, or part of a bat, can sue.

That's how I see it.

If you're sitting close to the field, such as right a dugout, you have to be alert. A ball can come very quickly.

WannaBe: Maybe they can extend the net that's behind home plate out another 20 to 30 yards, possibly out as far as first base, this will be enough for safety's sake?

Hockey have adopted the safety net after a death in the stand.

Mar-01-13  Jim Bartle: Yes, in Columbus. Terrible.

I don't see any need for change in baseball, except to get rid of those maple bats which break so easily.

OhioChessFan: Took a bunch of home run hitters who aren't hitting home runs. Reminds me of a bunch of USA basketball teams where they have no 3 point shooters. John Thompson was the first of many who inexplicably did it.
